Holiday Attitude Adjustment

Look at all of your commitments and ‘to do’s’ over the holidays.  To reduce stress accept it all as if you chose it.  A little attitude adjustment will change everything.  Imagine you chose everything in your life.  Because at some level, you did.

You can’t control everything.  But you can control how you look at things.

Another tip: Say no when you mean no. Who said you had to see and talk to everybody you know before the New Year?

Affirmation: I accept everything in life as if I chose it. I make good choices.
