  1. Sit somewhere quiet with phones and distractions ‘off’.    
  2. Set a timer for ten or 15 minutes.   
  3. Breathe. Relax. Drop all judgements of whether you are meditating ‘right’ or not. Inner calm is transformational.
  4. Release thoughts that come and go. No problem. Relax.
  5. Connect to something bigger & more meaningful.
  6. Do a little bit regularly
