Susan’s To-do List

Take a Positive Outlook  Dr. Martin Seligman and Authentic Happiness.
Questionnaires, articles, good stuff about Learning Optimism

Reduce Stress

Do “The Work”

Byron Katie’s book “Loving What Is” works.  Do “the work” to shift out of stressful thinking. Go to: and download the “Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet”.  Listen to her audios to find a tangible way out of the challenges we all face.  Thinking about it is less effective than writing it down and turning it around. Try it because you want less anxiety.

Do Breath work:

1) Transformational Breathing
2) The Art of Living Foundation:

Communicate Effectively

Practice Marshall Rosenberg’s Steps to Nonviolent Communication

Be Intelligent and Create a Positive Work Environment:

Develop Emotional Intelligence in your Organization

Develop your Business Plan in one Day!

Practice Yoga:

My favorites include The Salt Spring Center and North Shore Elements. Try yoga anywhere. Read about the benefits. Better yet just experience it for yourself.

Take Risks!!!

“Risk! Risk anything! Care no more for the opinion of others, for those voices. Do the hardest thing on earth for you. Act for yourself. Face the truth.”

— Katherine Mansfield
